The operator is the wedge. The network is the destination — and Bitsol builds the layer underneath both.

Fully deferred
Bitsol works on a documented deferred basis until the $2.25M round closes. Aligned on the outcome, not the invoice.
At close onward
Locked monthly rate
A fixed monthly retainer for engineering, SaaS maintenance, and support — predictable for both sides.
Per facility
Implementation fee
Rōvn covers a defined fee per facility onboarded. Bitsol is paid per go-live, as the network grows.
Deferred while we raise, predictable once we close, per-facility as we scale.
